Security & trust
The right access. Clear records. Responsible use.
Effective: July 2026
Control access to your operation
Roundhouse offers multi-factor authentication to add another layer of protection when signing in. Enable it for your account and protect your authentication methods. Roundhouse also supports configurable user roles and permissions so administrators can determine what different users can access. Give each person the access their work requires, review roles regularly and remove access when responsibilities change.
Keep important activity visible
Invoice change logs record supported activity, including charges, refunds, deleted payments and account-credit changes. These log entries cannot be edited or removed through the application. They help your team understand what changed, when it changed and who made the change.
Support trustworthy training records
Prerequisite workflows and certificate verification help businesses review supporting information and training records. They support oversight; they do not independently guarantee that every document is authentic or that every regulatory requirement has been met.
Use AI with appropriate oversight
Review AI-generated communications and consequential recommendations against your source records. Limit sensitive information to what a task needs and configure automation carefully. Included AI usage is subject to fair-use requirements that address abuse and service disruption.
Handle payment information carefully
All payments through Roundhouse are processed using PCI DSS-compliant payment services, including Stripe. Use the payment flow for card details; do not place full card numbers or security codes in notes, messages or uploaded documents. Your payment provider’s requirements and merchant responsibilities still apply.
Report a concern
If you suspect unauthorized access or find a vulnerability, contact support@Roundhouse.app. Describe the affected feature, timing and steps to reproduce the issue without sending passwords or unnecessary personal information. Do not access other customers’ information or disrupt service while investigating.
Security assurance
Roundhouse follows industry-standard security measures to protect the platform and the information entrusted to it. Multi-factor authentication, configurable access permissions and activity records support secure day-to-day use. No system can guarantee absolute security; your team also plays an important role in protecting credentials, devices and account access.
