Roundhouse supports online payments through Stripe, promotional codes and account credit. Customers can apply available credit at checkout, and your team can track balances and transaction history.
Can participants access their certificates?+
Yes. Participants have a certificate wallet for certificates issued through the platform and external certificates they add to their profile.
Does Roundhouse deliver self-paced online lessons?+
Roundhouse focuses on managing scheduled training, attendance, prerequisites, completion and certificates. Self-paced lesson delivery and online exams are not included in the platform.
Does team management include payroll?+
The team tools cover scheduling, availability, time-off and timesheets. Payroll processing is not included in the platform.
What does Roundhouse cost?+
$99 per month plus a 3–5% online booking fee based on booking volume. There are no booking fees on offline bookings and no setup fees. AI usage is included. Merchant credit card fees are additional. You can absorb the online booking fee or pass it on to your guests.
